Filing a complaint

To file a complaint, follow these steps:

1. Return/complaint form
Complete the return/complaint form and attach it to the return shipment, or send it by e-mail.

2. Send back the product and inform us about shipping
When submitting a complaint, please send back a clean product, if it has been used with all its accessories. To speed up the entire process, please send us your return shipment number with information about your complaint.

3. Shipping
The complained product should be sent to the following address:
