Rolling papers and filters: if they turn out to be stale, crushed, folded like an accordion or fail to stick, we will replace them or refund your money. Vaporizers: if your vaporizer stops working, we will replace it. Bongs, pipes, bubblers and adapters: if your artistic bowl, bubbler, adapter or bong breaks, you will receive 50% of its value as store credit in your JarajTo.pl account. Metal grinders: if your grinder is accidentally damaged or develops a fault that prevents its use, we will replace it or credit 50% of its value to your JarajTo.pl account. Essentials: if any product from our essentials range proves unusable or does not work as described, we will refund your money; if it is damaged, we will credit 50% of its value to your JarajTo.pl account. We understand perfectly well that making a complaint is not pleasant for either the customer or the company. That does not mean the process cannot be quick and straightforward. CONDITIONS OF THE ABOVE WARRANTY To use the lifetime warranty, you must have been registered with the store when you purchased the product submitted under the warranty. Only products purchased directly from https://srv87841.seohost.com.pl are covered. Compensation under the Shield of Heracles warranty is always issued as TOPs, the store currency that can be spent at JarajTo; this does not apply to a standard statutory complaint. The warranty does not cover consumable parts that must be replaced by the user, such as batteries, screens and mouthpieces. It does not cover free products, products redeemed for TOPs, or products previously replaced under a warranty or complaint. HOW TO USE THE WARRANTY You must have been registered when you purchased the product and must have bought it directly from our online store. Purchases from partner or physical stores, Allegro, eBay or anywhere other than https://srv87841.seohost.com.pl are not covered. Follow these steps to use the lifetime warranty. Take a photo or record a video clearly showing the damaged product purchased from us. Email biuro@jarajto.pl from the address used to place the order. Use the subject line “Shield of Heracles warranty - (bong, vaporizer, pipe)”. Attach the photos or video, describe the problem and send the email. Wait for our reply. We respond within 24 hours at the latest, usually within a few hours. Once we approve the claim, we will add the TOPs to your account. The standard two-year warranty remains unchanged: if a vaporizer fails during those two years, we will replace it or repair it at our expense, as applicable.
