Every part of the pipe matters!

Apart from the material from which the barrel is made, it is worth paying attention to:

• Pipe length– the temperature of the drawn smoke depends on the length of the pipe – the longer the pipe, the more the drawn in smoke will cool down, and the more harmful sediment will remain on its walls.
• The size of the bowl– stuffing the herbs into a too small pipe by force is a waste of the herbs – the lack of air flow will make everything evaporate into the atmosphere, and you will only increase the pressure by taking a lot of air from the clogged pipe. The larger the bowl, the more herbs can be stored, while the smaller the bowl, theoretically, the greater the savings in herbs. If you plan to hang out with your friends, it is better if the bowl is a bit bigger. By filling the larger bowl fully once, and you will save yourself the difficulties with stuffing, you will save material (less spilling) and time. Most of the manufacturers of the pipes suggest filling the whole stem to take full advantage of the barrel’s potential.
